The couple getting married must sign the contract. Even if someone else is paying, all communication and decisions are only with the couple.
Your date is held exclusively for you once booked. Turning away other couples means I can’t fill the date if you cancel, so the deposit is non-refundable.
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to hold your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before your wedding. If payment isn’t made by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
I have trusted professionals I can send as a replacement photographer. If no one is available, I’ll refund your payments or we can reschedule if my calendar allows.
I’ll give you first priority on available dates within 6 months. If your new date is already booked, the contract will be considered cancelled and standard policies apply.
No. You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution images in my style. RAW files are never included.
There’s no set number. The final gallery depends on the flow of your day, cooperation of guests, and my artistic judgment.
You’ll get sneak peeks within 48 hours, and your full gallery within 90 days.
Standard retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correction) is included. Extra edits like body changes, background swaps, or object removal are outsourced and billed at up to $25 per image.
Albums must be ordered within 30 days of gallery delivery. Products take up to 60 days for delivery and will be shipped to one address.
Your gallery will remain available for 30 days. After that, all files are permanently cleared from storage, so make sure you download and back them up.
If any equipment is damaged during your wedding due to guest or vendor negligence, the Couple is responsible for repair or replacement costs. I am not responsible for damage to your venue or décor.
No vendors (venue, florist, coordinator, etc.) have rights to the photos. You may share them personally, but commercial use or financial gain is not allowed without my permission.
Possibly - but at my discretion, I may bring a second shooter or assistant to help cover the day. They work under my direction, their photos are edited by me, and they are fully covered under the same contract terms.
If I or anyone on my team feels unsafe, threatened, or harassed, I’ll bring it to you right away. If the situation can’t be fixed, I reserve the right to leave. In that case, no refund will be issued.
All packages are booked as “up to X hours” of coverage. If coverage ends early for any reason, no refund or credit is issued.
Yes. For weddings longer than 6 hours, I require a proper meal equivalent to what’s served to guests (not a boxed lunch or vendor meal). If I can’t eat it due to allergies, I may decline the meal and am not obligated to replace it myself. Short breaks will be taken as needed but won’t interfere with major events.
Your package includes up to 50 total miles of travel. If we’re bouncing between multiple locations, those miles add up together. If I ride along on a party bus or other transportation, you are responsible for making sure I am returned to my personal vehicle at the original location.
No. I work exclusively on your wedding day to ensure consistency and quality. Other contracted photographers are not allowed. If another professional is present, I may ask them to leave, or I may leave myself if the situation is not resolved. I am not responsible for missed images caused by interference from other photographers, videographers, or guests attempting to act as photographers.

I traded hard hats for love stories (yes, I used to be a construction engineer!) and now I get to spend my weekends chasing first looks, happy tears, and packed dance floors.
My goal? To tell your story in a way that feels effortless, emotional, and completely you.
When I’m not photographing weddings or boudoir sessions, you’ll find me wrangling my toddler, convincing my husband to re-watch Marvel movies, or sneaking away on my motorcycle. If you’re looking for a photographer who will hype you up, keep the timeline stress-free, and catch the moments you didn’t even know were happening... I’m your girl.
Engineer turned photographer — I used to design buildings, now I get to capture love stories.
Powered by Alani — my secret weapon for surviving wedding days and keeping the energy high.
In the middle of the action — you’ll find me right on the dance floor getting every single shot (no hiding in the corner here).
